1. Heat ghee in a cooker or a pan and add sliced onion keep stirring for 4-5 minutes.
2. Then
add spices and drained rice keep stirring
till rice appeared glazed.
3. Then
add vegetables 4 cups of water and salt.
4. Cook
it till all the water is absorbed and then put into a ver slow oven at 250 degree and leave for 10 minutes till the rice is cooked.
5. If
we use a pressure cooker boil it till a
whistle comes out and (In this case no need to cook in the oven.) Then remove
from the fire and allow to cool.
6. Garnish
with coriander leaves and serve
