How To Prepare Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

Basmati rice

Cloves

Bay leaves

Coriander leaves

Crushed garlic

Chicken

 1.       Heat  ghee in a cooker or a pan  and add sliced onion  keep  stirring for 4-5 minutes.

2.       Then add spices and drained rice keep stirring  till rice appeared glazed.

3.       Then add vegetables 4 cups of water and salt.

4.       Cook  it till all the water is absorbed  and then put into a very slow  oven at 250 degree and leave for  10 minutes till the rice is cooked.

5.       If we use a pressure cooker  boil it till a whistle comes out and (In this case no need to cook in the oven.) Then remove from the fire and allow to cool.

6.       Boil chicken in pan by adding little salt,1tsp pepper  powder, and ½ tsp turmeric powder and make it into very small pieces .

7.       Heat 2 tbs of ghee in a saus pan and stir  garlic for 2 minutes .

8.       Then add cooked rice and chicken into pan and mix it well.

9.       Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

How to Prepare Green Tea

Green Tea Preparation

Ingredients

Green tea leaves or pelars
About 1tsp / cup
Hot water
 Nos


  1. Measure out the desired amount of green tea leaves (or pearls) and place them in your tea strainer or sieve. 
  2. Place the filled tea strainer or sieve into an empty mug or cup.
  3. Pour the boiled water into the mug, over the tea leaves.
  4. Steep the tea leaves for 2 - 3 minutes but not any longer, or else your tea will become slightly bitter.
  5. Remove the tea strainer from the mug.
  6. Let your tea cool down for a few moments and enjoy your perfect cup of green tea.

How to prepare Kerala sambar

  1. .    Chop the vegetables  to  small square pieces.
  2.          Put tuvardal, vegetables, 5 cups of water, 1tea spoon turmeric powder and little salt into a pressure cooker and cook it for 15 minutes.
  3.         Then add chilly powder, coriander  powder, turmeric powder,asafetida and curry leaves and allow it to boil.
  4.         Put tamarind in a half cup of water and squeeze it well and pour it to cooker ;add salt and water if it is necessary.
  5.        Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  6.         In a  pan, heat  oil and crackle the mustard seeds, chopped small onion , 3 red chillies and curry leaves when it becomes golden brown pour in to cooker.
  7.       Now kerala sambar is ready to serve.

 How to prepare:

  1. Chop the onion to long pieces
  2. In a pan heat the oil and crackle mustard seeds.
  3. Add sliced onion , chopped green chilly and crushed ginger-garlic   and saute till it becomes golden brown.
  4. Add chilly powder , coriander powder , turmeric powder , pepper powder and garam masala, sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add chopped tomato , curry leaves and salt and saute till it becomes paste.
  6. Add 1 cup of water and allow to boil in low flame for 5 minutes.
  7. Put half sliced egg in to this and boil for another 5 minutes.
  8. Add some pudina leaves after switch of stove.
  9. Kerala egg curry is ready to serve now.
