1. Heat ghee in a cooker or a pan and add sliced onion keep
stirring for 4-5 minutes.

Then
add spices and drained rice keep stirring
till rice appeared glazed.

Then
add vegetables 4 cups of water and salt.

Cook it till all the water is absorbed and then put into a very slow oven at 250 degree and leave for 10 minutes till the rice is cooked.

If
we use a pressure cooker boil it till
a whistle comes out and (In this case no need to cook in the oven.) Then
remove from the fire and allow to cool.
6.
Boil
chicken in pan by adding little salt,1tsp pepper powder, and ½ tsp turmeric powder and make
it into very small pieces .
7.
Heat
2 tbs of ghee in a saus pan and stir
garlic for 2 minutes .
8.
Then
add cooked rice and chicken into pan and mix it well.
9.
Garnish
with coriander leaves and serve.
